It is basically a story of north pole`s christmas factory going fascist

My Idea was that north pole`s christmas production- factory is kind of like a state in its own focused on hand crafting christmas presents and delivering them, because without work, there are no presents, a new political movement arose, focused on maximizing the productivity by introducing assembly-lines for everything and creating a caste-system based on the productivity of every worker.
This cast system would give an individual elf the opportunity to raise up and become a guard, officer or overseer but if they would fall below the required average, they would suffer sanctions in form of food-ration shortage and hard labour at the "attitude adjustment" camp.
Because some elves felt frustrated that their formally individualistic way of working based on everyones special talents and lots of opportunities and regarded the new system as slavery, they rebelled and demonstrated, wich caused the new movement to put
